Kira Madden's Long Live the tribe of fatherless girls in this father-daughter coming of age story characterized by the cold war, neurodivergence, and punk rock. In Narrative form, it explores how Robin used a non-traditional, phenomenal way of processing the world around Her—including synesthesia, shifting worlds, invention, and switching dimensions—to navigate a family life shattered by divorce and Her father’s PTSD, whereby She was eventually able to access Her wholeness as artist, musician, and daughter.
